The pre-session of the International Congress of Allama Mir Hamed Hossein Laknowi (RA) will be held in Isfahan.
The pre-session for the commemoration of Allama Mir Hamed Hossein Musavi Laknowi, the prominent Imami theologian of the 13th century, will be held on Thursday, December 25, 2025 (4 Dey 1404) at the Isfahan Seminary.
This ceremony, with the participation of institutions such as the “International Imamat Foundation,” “Institute of Higher Education of the Isfahan Seminary,” and the “Secretariat of the International Congress for Commemorating Allama Mir Hamed Hossein Laknowi,” and titled “Re-recognition and Commemoration of the Author of Abaqat,” will be held in the Sheikh al-Rais Ibn Sina Conference Hall located in the Comprehensive Building of the Institute of Higher Education of the Isfahan Seminary.
The programs of this pre-session are as follows:
Morning Session (Start: 8:30)
* 8:30–8:40: Recitation of the Holy Quran
* 8:40–9:00: Welcome by the Director of the Institute
* 9:00–9:15: Reading the message of the Head of the Isfahan Seminary
* 9:15–10:00: Scientific roundtable “Revival of the works of Allama Mir Hamed Hossein” with the presence of Hojjat-ul-Islams professors Kazemi, Esfandiari, and Shojaat Hossein.
* 10:00–10:30: Reception
* 10:30–11:15: Speech by Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Najm al-Din Tabasi with the subject “Scientific Characterization (Jurisprudential and Theological) of Allama Mir Hamed Hossein.”
* 11:15: Announcement of the end of the morning section.
Afternoon Session:
* 15:00–15:30: Speech by Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Reza Mokhtari with the subject “A few words about the heritage of Allama Mir Hamed Hossein.”
* 15:30–16:00: Speech by Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Dr. Mohammad-Taqi Sobhani with the subject “Revival of the heritage of Allama Mir Hamed Hossein and the future of Imami theology knowledge.”
* 16:00: Announcement of the end of the program.
On the sidelines of this ceremony, the “Institute’s Bookstore” will be reopened, offering research works of the International Imamat Foundation with a “special discount.”
